Tenacious D Announce New Album and Tour

Jack Black and his partner in crime Kyle Gass, better known as Tenacious D, have just announced the launch of a brand new album and tour.

In typical Tenacious D style, the two have released a pretty hilarious, and animated video via social media.

The video is based around the fact that the duo realise the rent is due and that they need to write another album, but, the said album is going to take ‘five years’ to write, and they’re “fucked, so fucked.”

But then Kyle has the ‘ah ha’ moment,  followed by a a clip of new music and text saying, ‘New album 2018… probably. New tour 2018… definitely.’

The new album will be the follow up to Tenacious D’s 2012 release, Rise Of The Fenix. When you add news that Jack Black announced that the duo are also working hard on a follow up to their 2006 epic, The Pick Of Destiny, fans of the band are about to get what they’ve been waiting for and more.
