Rolling Stones to Play New Orleans Jazz Festival


It’s been announced that the Rolling Stones have added a May 2nd headline appearance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival to their upcoming No Filter tour of the US. This brings the dates on the tour to 14.

It will be the festivals 50th anniversary and is scheduled to run for two weekends: April 25-28thand May 2-5th. As well as the Stones, each day will have its own unique, and very eclectic lineup.

Headliners for the festivals opening weekend are Earth, Wind and Fire (Apr 25th), Santana (Apr 26th), Katy Perry (Apr 27th) and Van Morrison wraps up the first weekend on Apr 28th.

The Stones take top billing on (May 2nd), with Chris Stapleton headlining on (May 3rd), Dave Matthews Band on (May 4th), and Jimmy Buffett with close the festival on (May 5th).
