Rolling Stones, McCartney and The Who To Play New ‘Desert Trip’ Festival

It’s on. The huge festival featuring the crème de la crème of music’s biggest legends has been confirmed.

The opportunity to see The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, desert sqRoger Waters and The Who all at one three-day event is now a reality.

The festival, titled, Desert Trip, will be held at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA, and will be held October 7th, 8th, and 9th 2016. The event will have two of the legendary acts co-headlining the bill each night.

Opening the event on the Friday night will be The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan. Then, catch your breath for the Saturday night performances of Paul McCartney and Neil Young on the second night. And to wrap things up on the Sunday night, Roger Waters and The Who will close out the festival.

The venue should be a familiar sight to festivalgoers as the location is the same for the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals.
