If you fancy going to a concert this summer but think the price is too steep, we’ve got good news for you.
Live Nation has launched National Concert Week. This a promotion through till May 8th that will allow you to grab tickets to some of summer’s biggest tours for only $20.00.
The tours included are Styx with Joan Jett & the Blackhearts and Tesla, and Foreigner with Whitesnake and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening.
Foreigner guitarist and founder member Mick Jones said of the promotion: “It really gives fans…who are tight on money the chance to come and see the show. And I think it’s goodwill, and I think the fans appreciate it.”
David Coverdale of Whitesnake said of the $20 deal: “It’s gonna be action-packed music from the moment Jason Bonham starts with his Zeppelin experience through to Foreigner’s [final song],” adding: “Over three hours of music people know and can sing along with, and be part of the actual performance, which is great.”
James “JY” Young of Styx remarked: “Life’s not getting any easier out there and we’re excited very much to be able to offer this to people. You know, the more the merrier.”
