Fender announced over the weekend f you’re one of the first 100,000 users to sign up for the Fender Play service you’ll receive 3 months of free online guitar (acoustic or electric), bass and ukulele lessons.

The guitar giant said via the company’s website: “With everything happening in the world, music has the power to connect us,” adding:”We want to do our part to see you through – the way we know how… We’re all going to be spending more time inside – so we might as well make some noise.”

 Everything is pretty much covered in the lessons, from learning the fundamentals via video lessons taught by pros, as well as being able to pick between the rock, pop, blues, country or folk as a genre to focus on. Available via your computer, tablet or phone, in addition to basic lessons, this totally free service offers chord progressions and video tutorials for specific popular songs.
