Evanescence Announce Upcoming Tour


These rockers have been missing in action for a while now but here’s the news Evanescence fans have been waiting for.

They are back and will be heading out on tour this autumn playing 16 dates throughout October and November.

The tour kicks off October 28th in Dallas, Texas and runs throughevan sq till the final date in Huntington, New York on November 23rd.

With the announcement of these new dates, it gives the band a chance to continue working in new guitar player Jen Majura who joined the lineup in 2015.

Singer Amy Lee told Rolling Stone: “Just when you thought I was off the hard stuff! It’s going to feel amazing to step back onstage with the band this fall.” She added: “We had such a tight gel solidifying onstage the last few shows, and were enjoying it so much, we were all lamenting that it was so short and have been on the lookout for more opportunities to play live. ”

As of today (Tuesday August 23rd) members of the fan club can purchase pre-sale tickets. Tickets for the general public go on sale as of August 26th.

In related news, Lee will also be releasing her first children’s album, Dream Too Much. The album will be released as an Amazon Music exclusive on September 30th.
