David Crosby Announces Upcoming Solo Tour

As Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, it was a huge draw when the band went out on tour. Earlier this year, Graham Nash, announced plans to head out on a solo tour next year, and not to be outdone, his longtime band mate, David Crosby has scheduled his own tour for 2016.

Crosby’s trek will see him play a bunch of intimate West Coast venues. Kicking off with a March 5th show in Costa Mesa, California, he will play dates through to his March 26th concert in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Keeping in tune with the intimate venues he’ll be playing, the folk-rock superstar will play a totally stripped down set, with Crosby going truly solo, with only his acoustic guitar with him onstage.

In great news for Crosby fans, his shows will feature songs from his solo albums, including his last album, 2014’s Croz, as well as from both incarnations of the band, Crosby, Stills and Nash and, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. He will also perform songs from his old band The Byrds.

Talking about the tour Crosby said: “This is about the songs.  The tale telling,” adding, “taking you on a voyage to my world for a moment.”

Tickets for the tour dates will go on sale soon.  Check DavidCrosby.com for more information.
